- 4 slices Whole Wheat Bread
- 200 grams cream cheese
- 1 bunch Radish
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove
- salt (and pepper)
Preparation steps
1.
Toast the bread, if desired.

Mix together the cream cheese, lemon juice and minced garlic, season with salt and pepper and spread over the bread.
3.
Julienne the radishes and arrange over the toasts. Serve.
