- 2 cups Lollo Bionda (torn into bite-sized pieces)
- 4 cups Arugula (torn into bite-sized pieces)
- 1 Red onion (sliced)
- 0.333 cup Dried Tomatoes (preserved in oil, roughly chopped)
- 1.333 cups Smoked salmon
- 7 ozs Goat cheese
- 4 Tbsps white balsamic vinegar
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 Tbsp Caper
Preparation steps
1.
Arrange the lettuce on plates or in bowls and add the onions, tomatoes and smoked salmon.

Crumble the goat's cheese on top. Drizzle with the balsamic vinegar and the olive oil, then add the capers, season with ground black pepper and serve.
