Preparation steps

1.

Split the pita breads, leaving one side intact, and toast if desired.

2.

Rinse lettuce leaves and spin dry. Rinse tomatoes, pat dry and cut into wedges. Cut salmon into thin strips.

3.

Mix sour cream with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Cut avocado in half, remove pit, peel the avocado and cut flesh into narrow slices.

4.

Divide lettuce, salmon, tomatoes and avocado among pitas, then spoon in sour cream sauce and serve immediately.
