For the salmon steak and shrimp
1 garlic clove
4 Salmon steak (each about 180 grams)
salt

1 Tbsp lemon juice
2 Tbsps olive oil
8 shrimp (peeled and deveined)
30 grams butter
300 grams mixed Lettuce (oakleaf, radicchio, arugula, chicory, beetroot leaves)
For the dressing
4 Tbsps olive oil
3 Tbsps white balsamic vinegar
40 milliliters Vegetable broth
For the garnish
4 Dill (for garnish)

Preparation steps

For the salmon steak and shrimp, peel and press the garlic. Rinse the salmon steaks, pat dry and season with salt, pepper and lemon juice. In a pan, heat the oil and saute the salmon steaks until golden brown on both sides. Reduce the heat, add the rinsed shrimp and the pressed garlic and let cook until the salmon is finished.

Finally, melt some butter in the pan and turn the fish and shrimp in it. Meanwhile, rinse the lettuce, trim and spin dry. Possibly tear the lettuce into smaller pieces. For the dressing, stir the oil together with the vinegar and the broth and season with salt and pepper. Arrange the salad on plates, drizzle with the dressing and serve each salmon steak with two shrimp on top. Serve garnished with dill.
