4 Salmon cutlets (each 180-200 grams)
1 bunch fresh Fresh herbs (such as thyme, parsley, oregano, tarragon)
2 garlic cloves
½ l olive oil
lemon juice
salt
freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse herbs, shake dry and pluck the leaves from the stems. Peel and press the garlic. Mix oil with the herbs and the garlic and marinate for 2 days.

Sprinkle salmon with lemon juice, season with salt and pepper and brush with the herbal oil. Grilli on the preheated barbecue grill on each side for about 6 minutes. Serve with a mixed salad, if desired.
