1 garlic clove
2 Tbsps scallions
cayenne pepper
3 Tbsps olive oil

500 grams Salmon (without skin)

Preparation steps

Rinse cucumbers, peel, cut in half lengthwise, scrape out seeds with a teaspoon and cut into tiny cubes (or chop). Mix with lemon juice, olive oil, squeezed garlic, chives, salt and cayenne pepper and leave for 10-15 minutes.

Rinse salmon fillet, cut in the middle lengthwise and cut into oblong pieces. Heat 1 tablespoon butter in a pan and fry salmon pieces for about 1 minute on each side until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper. Plate with cucumber salad and serve immediately.
