30 grams melted butter

4 Sea bass fillet (each 160 grams)
6 Leeks
3 Tbsps honey
2 Tbsps lemon juice

Preparation steps

1.

Preheat the grill. Peel the asparagus and cut into about 2 cm (approximately 3/4 inch) pieces. Divide between 2 aluminum grill pans and brush with butter. Cook on a preheated grill about 20 minutes, turning often. Season with salt and pepper.

In the meantime, rinse the fish and pat dry with paper towels. Season with salt and pepper and grill on a grill pan for about 10 minutes. Rinse the chives, shake dry and cut into small rolls. Stir chives with the honey and lemon juice.

3.

Top fish with the honey-lemon mixture and serve with the asparagus.
