Nutritional values
Feel free to use more garlic in your food! The ingredient allicin is effective against bacteria and fungi and protects the heart and blood vessels. The strong-smelling ingredient also regulates fat and cholesterol levels and reduces the risk of vascular occlusion in the form of thrombosis.
It is best to use shrimp of organic quality, because this method of rearing does not use antibiotics.
