- 100 grams chopped almonds
- 2 Tbsps raisins
- 200 grams honey
- ½ tsp Anise seed (crushed coarsely in a mortar)
- 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
- ½ organic lemon (zested)
- 50 grams ground almonds
Preparation steps

Toast the chopped almonds in a dry frying pan and let cool. Finely chop the raisins. Heat the honey in a small saucepan, add the raisins, anise, cinnamon, lemon zest, the mix in the roasted and ground almonds, remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Using a teaspoon, remove small portions and form into rolls. Dust with powdered sugar, let cool completely and serve.
