- 1 Tbsp allspice
- 2 tsps chili peppers
- 2 tsps peppercorns
- 450 milliliters olive oil
Preparation steps

Peel the garlic and shallots. Pour the garlic, shallots, aniseed, allspice, chile pepper and peppercorns into a bottle. Pour in the olive oil. Seal tightly and let soak for 1-2 weeks. Serve, as desired.
