- 125 grams Chinese Egg noodle
- 150 grams Pork
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 Tbsp chopped ginger
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 200 grams Bok Choy
- 50 grams soybean sprout
- 3 Tbsps dark soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp Oyster sauce
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- salt
- sugar
Preparation steps

Cook the noodles in a pot of boiling salted water until al dente, about 4 minutes, drain well. Rinse the meat, pat dry, cut into strips. Peel garlic and chop finely. Mix the meat with ginger and garlic. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan and saute the meat over high heat for 3 minutes, remove.

Clean the bok choy, rinse, shake dry, cut into strips. Heat the remaining oil in a skillet, add the bok choy and cook, stirring until crisp-tender, about 3 minutes. Add the noodles, soy bean sprouts and the meat to the pan, mix well and season with soy sauce, oyster sauce, lemon juice, salt and sugar to taste.
