Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the lime and grate the zest. Squeeze the juice and measure 4 tablespoons. Rinse the strawberries, remove the stems, cut about half of the fruit into small pieces and puree the rest.

2.

Mix the lime juice and zest with the strawberries. Add the jam sugar, stir well and let stand covered 3-4 hours. Then bring to a boil and let cook for 4 minutes while stirring. While hot, pour into jars and seal immediately.
