- 2 sprigs mint
- 9 ozs Strawberries
- 2 Kiwi
- 1 Papaya (about 14 ounces)

Preparation steps
Rinse and dry mint. Pluck leaves and set aside.
Rinse strawberries and drain on paper towels. Coarsely chop and place in a tall vessel. Puree with an immersion blender and pour into 2 glasses.
Peel kiwis and dice. Puree with an immersion blender and add a spoonful to each glass.
Cut papaya in half and remove the seeds with a spoon. Cut out the flesh and coarsely chop. Puree flesh with an immersion blender. Carefully place puree in the glasses and garnish with mint leaves. Serve immediately.
