2 ¼ cups jam sugar
½ tsp ground cinnamon
1 unwaxed lemon (juiced)
¼ cup Crème de cassis

Preparation steps

Mix together the berries, sugar, cinnamon and lemon juice and leave to steep for 1 hour.

Bring the mixture to the boil and stir for four minutes. Stir in the liqueur.

Pour the jam into sterilised jars, close tightly and turn upside down for ten minutes. Leave to cool slightly and then turn the right way up and leave to cool fully. Store in a cool dark place.
