- 500 grams Bell pepper
- 100 grams cooked ham
- 2 Tomatoes
- 115 grams Corn kernel
- Avocados
- 1 lemon (Juice)
- 2 Tbsps Mayonnaise
- 100 milliliters spicy Taco sauce
- salt
- white freshly ground pepper
- 12 Taco shells
- 200 grams Iceberg lettuce
Preparation steps
1.
Rinse and cut the peppers into quarters, removing the seeds and white membrane. Cut the peppers and ham into strips. Rinse the tomatoes and dice. Combine the peppers, ham, tomatoes and corn on the cob in a bowl.

Cut the avocado flesh into small pieces and puree with the lemon juice, mayonnaise and taco sauce and season with salt and pepper. Pour the sauce for over the ham mixture and mix together.
3.
Heat the taco shells in the oven according to package directions.
4.
Rinse the lettuce, dry thoroughly and cut into thin strips. Fold into the ham mixture. Fill the taco shells with the ham salad.
