1 Baking sheet, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Small knife, 1 Non-stick pan (with lid), 1 Slotted spatula, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Paper towel, 1 Plate, 1 Parchment paper

Lay taco shells on a baking sheet and heat in a preheated oven according to package instructions.

Halve leek lengthwise, rinse well, drain and cut crosswise into about 1/2 inch wide strips.

Rinse turkey cutlets, pat dry with paper towels and cut into narrow strips.
