3 cups boneless, skinless Chicken breasts (cut into bite size strips)
1 Tbsp Lime juice
1 cup lemonade
½ tsp Onion powder
½ tsp garlic powder
1 ½ tsps Worcestershire sauce
1 bay leaf
12 ozs Corn tortilla
1 head Lettuce (roughly chopped)
2 large Tomatoes (chopped)
2 cups sharp Cheddar cheese (shredded)
1 cup Salsa
1 cup Sour cream (optional)

Preparation steps

Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat, add chicken and quickly brown on all sides. Add lime juice and lemonade, season with onion powder, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce and bay leaf. Simmer for about 15 or 20 minutes, or until the chicken is no longer pink, and the juices run clear.

Meanwhile, warm the tortillas in the oven until soft. When chicken is fully cooked, using a slotted spoon, transfer chicken to a serving dish. Place prepared lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, salsa and sour cream in individual serving dishes. Allow each person to create their own taco, using their preferred ingredients. Enjoy!
