Ingredients

2 garlic cloves
2 shallots
1 red chili pepper
1 tsp freshly grated ginger
2 Tbsps sesame oil
200 milliliters unsweetened Coconut milk
soy sauce
For the dumplings
300 grams Ground meat
salt
freshly ground peppers
2 scallions
2 garlic cloves
2 centimeters fresh ginger
16 Wonton wrapper

For the sauce: Blanch the tomatoes in a pot of boiling water, peel, quarter, core and dice. Peel the garlic and shallots and finely chop.
