- For the sardine spread
- 1 garlic clove
- 200 grams Sardine (canned in oil, skinned and boned)
- 1 Tbsp chopped, black Olives
- 1 Tbsp finely chopped parsley
- 1 tsp Caper (from a jar)
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 Red onion
- For the salmon spread
- 200 grams Smoked salmon
- 200 grams white Beans (canned)
- 2 Tbsps Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp freshly grated Horseradish
- 1 Tbsp finely chopped Dill
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- lemon juice
- 8 Baguette
- Onion sprouts (for garnish)
Preparation steps

For the sardine cream, peel and finely chop the garlic. Chop the sardines and combine with the garlic, olives, parsley and capers in a blender. Add a little oil and salt to taste.

For the salmon cream, drain the beans through a sieve. Cut the salmon into small cubes and puree with the beans in a blender. Add the mayonnaise, horseradish and dill. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice to taste.

Cut the onion into thin rings. Toast the bread lightly, spread half with each cream and serve garnished with onion rings and sprouts.
