100 grams Couscous (Instant)

1 handful fresh Fresh herbs (such as parsley and lemon balm)

Preparation steps

Peel, halve and cut onions into strips. Peel and finely chop garlic. In a pot, sauté onions and garlic in hot oil until translucent.

Deglaze with broth and bring to a boil.

Rinse tomatoes, blanch in boiling water, drain, peel, quarter, core and cut into cubes. Add couscous to soup and simmer about 15 minutes over low heat.
