1 Tbsp sesame oil

Preparation steps

For the dressing, mix the sour cream with the lime juice. Season with salt and sugar. Rinse, clean and spin dry the arugula. Arrange on plates and drizzle with the dressing.

Rinse the tuna and pat dry. Cut into 4 approximately equal size, long pieces. Brush all around with oil and cook on the hot grill 2 - 3 minutes, so that the center of the fish remains raw. Cut the fish into thick slices, each about 1 cm (approximately 1/3 inch) and place on the salad. Serve with sea salt.
