3 Bell pepper (red, yellow and orange)
2 thin Zucchini
2 carrots
1 onion
1 garlic clove
2 Tbsps butter
500 grams turkey breasts
peppers (freshly ground)

Preparation steps

1.

Cook the Asian pasta in boiling salted water for 10-15 minutes until al dente. Rinse the bell peppers, trim and cut into halves, remove the seeds and ribs, and cut into strips. Rinse, trim and cut the zucchinis into sticks.

Peel the carrot and cut into sticks. Peel the onion and garlic and cut into cubes.

Melt the butter in a pan and fry the vegetables in it. Pour in the broth and cook with the lid closed for 3 minutes.

Cut the turkey breast into bite-sized pieces and add to the vegetables, let cook for another 3 minutes. Drain the pasta and mix with the vegetables and turkey, and season to taste. Serve in preheated bowls.
