Preparation steps

Coarsely puree cottage cheese with 2 tablespoons sesame seeds, turmeric and olive oil in a blender. Peel and finely chop the garlic and stir into the turmeric spread. Season everything with salt, pepper and chili flakes and season the spread to taste.

Pour the spread into one large or 4 small bowls. Cut cress from the bed and sprinkle over turmeric spread along with remaining sesame seeds.
