When it comes to flour, the higher the flour type on the package, the more minerals are contained in the flour - so it is recommended to use the highest possible flour type when preparing Kaiserschmarrn vegan.

The next time you prepare a dish with chickpeas from a jar or can, be sure to save the chickpea water. In addition to the vegan Kaiserschmarrn, you can prepare many other vegetable recipes with aquafaba. By the way, the Kaiserschmarrn tastes great not only in winter but can also be enjoyed as a summer version, for example with fresh berries and coconut flakes.
