200 grams Quark
3 stalks Celery
2 Russet apples
2 Tbsps lemon juice
4 slices Whole Wheat Bread

Preparation steps

1.

Mix the curry powder with 2 tablespoons of lukewarm water until smooth, then stir into the quark.

Rinse the celery and cut 1 stick into very small cubes. Finely chop some of the celery leaves and cut the remaining celery sticks in half.

Quarter the apples, remove the cores and grate the flesh coarsely. Mix immediately with the lemon juice.

Mix the grated apples, celery cubes and chopped celery leaves into the quark.

Pour the cream into a bowl and garnish with celery sticks. Serve with whole-wheat bread.
