- 500 grams white Asparagus
- 1 Tbsp butter
- salt
- sugar
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 200 Frozen peas
- 400 grams precooked large shrimp
- 200 grams Whipped cream
- 1 sm can Saffron
- cayenne pepper
Preparation steps

Peel the asparagus, cut off the woody ends and cut diagonally into 3 cm (approximately 1 inch) long pieces.

Heat the butter in a large skillet. Saute the asparagus for about 5 minutes. Add 2 pinches of salt, sugar, and lemon juice. Add the peas and cook for 3 minutes. Add the shrimp and cover. Cook over low heat for about 2 minutes.

Serve the shrimp on two warm plates. Heat the cream in a pan. Dissolve the saffron in 1 tablespoon of hot water. Mix into the cream, season well with salt, cayenne pepper, and sugar.

Remove the pot from the heat. Whisk the sauce until foamy and distribute over the shrimp and vegetables. Serve with small potatoes.
