Preparation steps

1.

Peel onions and cut into rings.

Peel potato and cut into small cubes.

Cut meat into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a saucepan and brown meat on all sides. Remove meat from pan.

Saute onions in the same pan until soft. Add potato cubes and saute together for a few minutes. Return meat to the pan and add tomato paste, saute together. Season with paprika and cumin powder., Add broth, bring to a boil, cover and simmer for about 1.5 hours. Stir occasionally. Serve with boiled potatoes, pasta or white bread to taste.
