Preparation steps

Rinse and dry the blueberries. Mix the blueberries and the sugar in a large saucepan. Rinse the lemongrass, then crush softly with a meat tenderizer. Mix the lemongrass with the blueberries.

Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring constantly. Cook for 4 minutes, until the mixture begins to thicken. Remove the lemon grass, then fill the prepared jars to the brim with the jam. Seal tightly, and turn upside down to cool. Turn right side up and cool completely.
