Pineapple and orange - both full of vitamin C. One portion quickly covers half the daily requirement. The all-rounder strengthens connective tissue and gums and boosts the immune system. In addition, it protects our body from the attacks of cell-destroying substances, the so-called free radicals.

To get as much vitamin C as possible, gratinate the pineapple in the oven for as short a time as necessary (the time depends on the distance between the fruit and the grill), because the vitamin is very sensitive and is partially destroyed by the heat.
