3 Tbsps olive oil

1 Mini food processor, 1 Spiral cutter or Peeler

Preparation steps

Finely grind about 2/3 of the pecans in a blitz chopper, coarsely chop the rest. Peel celery and use a spiral slicer to make vegetable noodles. Peel onion and dice very finely. Wash parsley, shake dry and chop leaves.

Heat oil in a frying pan. Sauté celery and onion in it over medium heat for 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Add broth and ground nuts and simmer over low heat for 4 minutes. Toss in orange zest, remaining nuts and parsley and arrange celery pasta with pecans on plates.
