500 grams button Mushroom
6 Tomatoes
2 hard-boiled eggs
6 Tbsps finely chopped Fresh herbs
For the garnish
2 Tbsps unpeeled Sesame seeds
2 Tbsps Poppy seeds
2 Tbsps Sunflower seed
For the Raclette
750 grams Raclette Cheese (in slices)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse potatoes well under cold water. Boil in salted water with the caraway 25-30 minutes.

2.

Rinse and slice mushrooms. Rinse tomatoes, remove inner stem and cube. Cube eggs. Arrange everything except the herbs and mushrooms on plates or in bowls.

3.

Drain, peel and slice potatoes. Mix potatoes and mushrooms with herbs. Add potato-mushroom mixture on the Raclette.

4.

Serve and garnish as desired.
