- 2 ¾ ozs steel cut Oats (5 TBSP.)
- 2 Tbsps chopped almonds
- 1 pinch salt
- 8 ozs Cottage cheese
- 5 ozs Greek yogurt
- 1 Apple
- ½ oz ginger roots
- ½ tsp ground Cardamom
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp honey
Preparation steps
Toast oats and almonds together with 1 pinch of salt in a small pan without oil over medium heat until fragrant, stirring in between.
Mix cottage cheese and Greek yogurt and spread into 2 bowls. Wash apple, remove core, and cut apple into narrow sticks. Peel and grate ginger.
Season oatmeal crunch with ginger, cardamom and cinnamon and spread on cottage cheese breakfast with apple sticks, drizzle with honey and serve for breakfast.
