- 5 Tbsps Oats
- 2 Tbsps almonds (roughly chopped)
- 1 pinch salt
- 7 ozs Cottage cheese
- 6 ozs Greek yogurt
- 1 Apple
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 pc ginger (thumb-sized, grated)
- ½ tsp ground Cardamom
- ½ tsp cinnamon
Preparation steps
1.
Roast the oat flakes and almonds together with 1 pinch of salt in a small pan without oil until they are fragrant. Stir in between.

Mix the cottage cheese and Greek yogurt together and divide into 2 bowls. Wash apple, remove the core, and cut the apple into narrow sticks.
3.
Spread apple sticks, together with oatmeal crunch, honey, grated ginger, cardamom, and cinnamon over the cottage cheese breakfast and serve immediately.
