1 oz Chives (1 Bunch)
6 stalks parsley
4 sprigs rosemary
4 ozs Cherry tomatoes
2 ozs Whole wheat flour
7 ozs Cottage cheese
salt
peppers
Red pepper flakes
1 Tbsp olive oil

Preparation steps

1.

Wash the chives, parsley and rosemary, shake dry and chop finely. Wash and drain the cherry tomatoes. Cut into fine cubes.

Put flour, cottage cheese, herbs and tomatoes in a bowl and mix well. Season with salt, pepper and chili flakes.

3.

Heat oil in a pan and bake the cottage cheese pancake, turning once so that both sides are golden, for about 10 minutes until light brown.
