Preparation steps

1.

Peel and slice the pineapple. Place the slices in a bowl.

Halve the melon, scrape out the seeds and remove the flesh with a melon baller. Add the melon balls to the bowl.

Peel and slice the banana. Add to the bowl. Rinse the blueberries, drain and add to the bowl. Mix the fruit and orange juice.

4.

Mix the yogurt, honey, lemon juice and cinnamon. Rinse the mint, shake dry and set a few leaves aside for the garnish. Cut the remaining mint leaves into strips and mix with the yogurt.

5.

Divide the fruit into four bowls and top with the yogurt. Serve garnished with mint leaves.
