Preparation steps

Rinse endive, cut in half lengthwise, cut out core, and cut into slices. Rinse radicchio, trim and tear into bite-size pieces. Peel avocado, halve, remove pit, cut into slices, and sprinkle with lemon juice immediately.

Peel oranges and remove fruit fillets. Decoratively arrange endive on plates and cover with other prepared ingredients. Mix yogurt in a bowl with sour cream and lime juice and season with salt and pepper. Drizzle over the salad. Serve garnished with mint leaves.
