Nutritional values
The homemade mixed drink provides vitamin C thanks to the citrus fruits. We have to take in the water-soluble vitamin through food every day, as it cannot be stored in the body. Vitamin C ensures the formation and maintenance of connective tissue and a well-functioning immune system.
A tip for on the road: freeze some of the ginger beer as cubes and use them to cool the drink during transport.
