Preparation steps

1.

Rinse trout inside and out and pat dry. Cut lemon slices, place half  of lemon slices with sprigs of herbs into trout cavities. Chop parsley finely, peel and finely chop garlic. Mix parsley and garlic with olive oil, season with salt and pepper. Coat fish with parsley mixture, cook on hot grill for 4-5 minutes per side.

Rinse and dry tomatoes, cut into slices and grill with remaining lemon slices. Serve alongside grilled trout.
