4 sprigs rosemary

1 organic lemon (cut in slices)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse trout with cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Season inside and outside with salt and pepper. Brush with olive oil.

2.

Tear parchment paper into 4 large pieces. Place a sprig of oregano and rosemary in the center of each piece. Place fish on herbs and seal paper.

3.

Place trout on a medium-hot grill. Cook on both sides, about 12 minutes. Divide packages among four plates and open carefully. Serve trout with lemon slices.
