Preparation steps

1.

Rinse trout inside and out and pat dry. Cut lime in wedges or slices, place half with parsley stems in the trout. Chop parsley leaves finely, peel garlic, also finely chop.

Mix parsley, ginger and olive oil, season with salt and pepper, drizzle on fish, broil fish on a medium hot grill about 4 - 5 minutes on each side. Grill remaining lime pieces. Rinse chile, dry, cut into rings. Serve trout garnished with lime and chile rings.
