4 trout (each about 600 grams)
½ bunch parsley
½ lemon
3 Tbsps olive oil
2 garlic cloves

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse trout and pat dry. Season inside and out with salt and pepper.

2.

Rinse and slice lemons, placing a slice, along with a sprig of parsley, into the cavity of each trout.

3.

Brush each trout with oil and place in a grill basket.  Grill trout for 6-8 minutes.
