Preparation steps

1.

Rinse trout, pat dry and season inside and out with salt and pepper.

2.

Rinse the lemon, pat dry and cut into thin slices. Rinse dill, shake dry and pluck the fronds.

3.

Heat the grill and lightly oil the fish grill basket(s). Lay lemon slices and dill in open basket, lay trout on top, fill fish cavities with lemon and dill, close cavities, cover with the dill and lemon slices and sprinkle each with 1 teaspoon olive oil. Close grill basket(s). Grill the trout 20-25 minutes on the hot grill.
