2 tsps Chai tea (mix)
4 Star anise
2 Tbsps sugar
1 whole lemon
1 whole Lime (juiced)
8 Ice cubes
13 ozs cold Soda water

Preparation steps

1.

Pour the Chai tea mix into a disposable tea bag and cover with 1 1/2 cups boiling water. Add the star anise, and let it stand for about 5 minutes. Remove the tea bag and stir in the sugar. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. 

2.

Rinse the lemon and cut into wedges. Stir the lime juice into the cold Chai and divide into 4 glasses. Add a couple of ice cubes, a wedge of lemon and top with cold soda water.
