1 tsp butter

800 milliliters Beef broth
800 grams Savoy cabbage
400 grams waxy potatoes
50 milliliters Soy creamer

Preparation steps

1.

Pat dry the lamb and cut into large cubes.

2.

Heat butter in a large pan and saute the lamb briefly. Add caraway seeds and pour in the broth. Cover and simmer over medium heat for 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, rinse the savoy cabbage, trim, cut in half, remove the stalk and chop. Rinse, peel and cut the potatoes into large cubes.

4.

Add vegetables to the lamb, pour in the soy creamer and season with salt and pepper. Cook for another 25 minutes.

5.

Pour the stew into 4 soup bowls and serve garnished with creme fraiche cheese.
