- 1 organic Lime
- 100 grams cream cheese
- 100 grams Sour cream
- ½ Red chili pepper
- ½ Cucumber
- 2 Tbsps scallions
- 15 grams Alfalfa sprouts
- salt
- peppers (freshly ground)
Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the lime in hot water and zest. Squeeze the juice from the lime.

Mix the cream cheese, sour cream, lime juice, and zest. Clean the chili and remove the seeds. Rinse well and finely chop. Peel the cucumber, cut in half lengthwise and remove the seeds with a spoon. Dice the cucumber finely. Set aside 1 teaspoon of the diced cucumber for garnish.

Rinse the sprouts, drain, and set aside a few for garnish. Mix the chili, cucumber, chopped chives, and sprouts into the sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Serve garnished with the cucumber cubes and sprouts.

Serve with fish or chicken.
