- salt
- 2 bunches Radish
- 1 can Corn kernel
- Iceberg lettuce
- 200 grams Mayonnaise
- lemons
- 100 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- freshly ground pepper
- 1 pinch sugar
Preparation steps
1.
Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salt water until al dente. Rinse in cold water and drain.
2.
Rinse and chop the radishes. Drain the corn. Rinse the lettuce and spin dry.
3.
Mix the mayonnaise, lemon juice and yogurt. Season with salt, pepper and sugar. Mix the radishes, corn, lettuce, pasta and dressing. Serve immediately.
