Nutritional values

The fine fillet provides around 80 percent of the daily requirement of vitamin B12 and B1, which are important for nerves, muscles and blood formation. The tender meat also contains plenty of protein: 100 grams contain just under 26 grams.

Add rice or couscous and the low-carb dish becomes a high-fibre, particularly satisfying meal.
