1 kilogram waxy potatoes
10 grams butter
6 Tbsps Vinegar
6 Tbsps vegetable oil
1 bunch Chives
100 grams raw ham

Preparation steps

1.

Peel asparagus, cut off ends and cut into pieces. Peel the potatoes, rinse and cut into small pieces. Cook together in salted water with butter and sugar for about 18 minutes. Drain, reserving 200 ml (approximately 3/4 cup) of the cooking liquid.

2.

Mix cooking liquid with vinegar, salt and pepper to taste and oil. Pour over the vegetables and marinate for 20 minutes. Rinse chives and cut into small rings. Slice ham into wide strips and mix chives and ham with the salad before serving.
