- 4 skin-on Salmon fillet (each around 200 g, rinsed and dried)
- juiced Limes
- 2 scallions (rinsed, cleaned and chopped into thin strips 5 cm in length)
- 8 cloves garlic cloves (peeled and finely chopped)
- 4 Tbsps light sesame oil
Preparation steps

Season the salmon filets with salt and pepper and drizzle with lime juice.

Slowly fry the garlic in the sesame oil. As soon as the garlic begins to colour, remove from heat and stir in the spring onions.

Place the salmon in a steamer. Bring water to a boil in a suitable pan and insert the steamer. Cover and steam the fish for around 7 minutes until cooked.
4.
To serve, arrange the salmon on plates and dress with the oil and scallions.
