400 grams Fettuccine
4 garlic cloves
1 small onion
2 Tbsps extra-virgin olive oil
800 grams mixed Shellfish
2 Tomatoes
100 milliliters Vegetable broth
250 grams Crème fraiche

½ bunch mixed Fresh herbs

Preparation steps

1.

Peel and finely chop garlic and onion. Rinse the tomatoes, blanch, peel, remove core and coarsely chop. Wash herbs, shake dry and chop finely. Sauté garlic and onion in hot oil. Add seafood and cook for a few minutes.

Add tomatoes and vegetable broth. Bring to a boil. Stir in creme fraiche and reduce heat. Season with salt, pepper and herbs. Cook fettuccine in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain and serve immediately with the sauce.
